Anything is possible...

Last week I showed you THIS CARD using the Visible Image 'Believe in unicorns' set. And I had some more fun using it in not one but two projects ^.^  

My daughter, who loves the moon, asked me to make her a bookmark creating a universe and this moon. Now I never had made a universe background so I had a tryout... and I filmed it for you ^.^ 

Vorige week liet ik jullie DIT KAARTJE zien met de 'Believe in unicorns' set van Visible Image. Wel ik ben er nog verder mee aan de slag gegaan en maakte nog 2 projectjes.

Mijn dochter, die gek is van de maan, vroeg me om haar een boekenlegger te maken waarbij ik de maan op een universum achtergrond zou zetten. Ik heb nog nooit een universum gemaakt met mijn aquarelverf dus ik heb eerst een proefje gedraaid en... dat heb ik gefilmd ^.^

Dus nog twee projectjes met dezelfde stempelset die er toch compleet anders uitzien...

I'm so looking forward in getting mixed up creative for this new blog and the magazine. You might have this little bell ringing...MixedUp magazine? Remember this?

I was on the front cover of this January issue and now I can call myself a DT girl of the blog MixedUp magazine is getting out there real soon. Just a little bit of patience and you will be able to enjoy wonderful inspiration of lovely ladies with amazing talents. Ik stond op de cover van het magazine in januari en speciaal voor het magazine maakte ik ook een youtube met de volledige werkwijze van mijn projectje. Believe...

I'm here again with...yep a project made using one of the new releases of  Visible Image. When my daughter saw this set she immediately fell in love, ok ok I'll admit i fell just as hard ^.^  My daughter just fell in love with this beautiful moon stamp and me...I fell for the clouds.  For now I used them as a cloud but I can tell you I do have another idea in my head for them ^.^
But today a card where it's actually one of the stars that get's the full attention. I kept the card CAS and monochromatic ( shouldn't be any surprise with me) only the star really had to shine so I used metal foil to put it in the spotlight...

Ik kom terug even langs met...ja je raadt het al. Een projectje gemaakt met één van de nieuwe stempels van Visible Image.  Toen mijn dochter deze set zag... was ze meteen verkocht, ok ok ik geef het toe, we waren allebei verkocht ^.^  Mijn dochter viel voor de maan en ik... voor de wolken ^.^ Op dit projectje heb ik ze nog even gebruikt als wolken maar ik kan nu al verklappen dat ik er eigenlijk een ander idee voor heb ^.^ Maar voor vandaag dus dit kaartje waarbij de hoofdrol eigenlijk naar een ster gaat uit de set. Ik hield alles heel rustig en monochroom ( dat mag geen verrassing zijn bij mij) alleen de ster moest echt blinken dus die heb ik in metaalfolie aangebracht...

Life...

Today it's my turn to share some inspiration over at Visible Image and I have a CAS card made with the Face it stamps and another beautiful words stamp. I have to admit...these words already ended up on a lot of cards, I'm completely in love with it.
Even though it's a CAS card I did film it, just to show how easy it is to keep the eyes nice and white...

Vandaag is het mijn beurt om wat inspiratie te delen bij Visible Image en ik heb een CAS kaartje gemaakt met de 'Face it' stempels en een prachtige tekst stempel. Ik geef het toe...deze stempel is al op heel wat kaartjes terecht gekomen...ik ben er gewoon helemaal weg van. 
Ook al is het een heel makkelijk kaartje om te maken heb ik het toch op film gezet.  Zo zie je hoe makkelijk het is om je ogen wit te houden ...

Scars...Visible Image stamps new release

For my previous project I shared a video tutorial where I worked with one of the new word stamps Visible Image released called 'Scars'  Well today I would like to sneak in and show a second project I made using the same stamp ^.^ I can't help it...I just think it's such a beautiful stamp.
I needed some structure this time and ended up with this mixed media tag...

In de video tutorial die ik vorige week deelde liet ik zien hoe ik aan de slag ging met een van de nieuwe Visible Image tekst stempels die 'Scars' noemt. Vandaag wil ik graag een nieuw projectje laten zien met net dezelfde stempels ^.^    Ik kan er niet aan doen, ik vind het een prachtige tekst. 
Deze keer moest er gewoon wat structuur bij en ik eindigde met deze mixed media tag...

I gave my butterfly some scars using the crackle stamp from the 'Create it' set.

Ik gaf mijn vlinder zijn kleine littekens met de craqueleer stempel uit de 'Create it' set.

Visible Image new stamp release

Did you see the new stamps Visible Image has released? If you haven't, you really should go and check them out. As a member of their DT I was already sent some of those beauties but they are available to pre-order and will be mailed 13th of February so the wait isn't that long anymore.
I had so much fun creating with the new stamps and my head is filled with a lot more ideas, but that shouldn't be any surprise when seeing the designs.
For my first project I'm sharing with these new releases I chose for a text stamp to that many of you probably can relate to...

Hebben jullie de nieuwe stempels van Visible Image al gezien? Als je ze gemist hebt kan ik je alleen maar aanraden om te gaan kijken...ze zijn super! En natuurlijk als lid van hun designteam heb ik er hier al een hele boel liggen. Maar je kan ze al pre-orderen en ze worden verstuurd vanaf 13 februari dus je hoeft niet zo heel lang meer te wachten :-)
Ik heb in elk geval al heel veel plezier gehad met het maken van projecten en mijn hoofd zit nog vol met een heleboel ideetjes ( maar dat kunnen jullie vast wel begrijpen)

Now I could have just sewed my scar using an needle and thread, but my scars are strong and holding me together.

February...the month lovers go and celebrate their love. But what with all those other peoples in your life that deserve to know they take that special place in your heart too?
So I made a new 'One design five cards' video where I make 5 cards with some loving words that can be given to anybody who should know they're special to you.

Februari...de maand waarin geliefden hun liefde voor elkaar vieren. Maar wat met al die mensen in je leven die ook wel mogen weten dat ze een speciaal plekje in je hart hebben?
Dus besloot ik om opnieuw een " One design five cards" filmpje te maken waar ik vijf kaartjes maakte voor die speciale mensen.

Christmas challenge

So...last year I had the intention on making one Christmas card each month so I wouldn't have to struggle at the end of the year in making loads of Christmas cards. Well that only worked for the first 2 months ^.^  So I'm going to give it a second try this year.
So here it is...my first Christmas card for this year...

Dus...vorig jaar had ik het goede voornemen genomen om elke maand een kerstkaart te maken zodat ik op het einde niet moest lopen en rennen om al mijn kaarten klaar te krijgen.  Maar dat werkte enkel de eerste 2 maanden ^.^ Dus ik geef het een nieuwe kans dit jaar.
Deze maand is het gelukt: mijn eerste kerstkaart voor dit jaar...

10 minutes crazy creativity...

I decided to take on the 10 Minute Art challenge from Maremi's Small Art. You put some materials ready and try to create something in 10 minutes...oh boy I can tell you 10 minutes go really really quick ^.^
Curious if I managed to get something on paper? You can see me go crazy in the video ^.^

Ik ben de 10 Minute Art uitdaging van Maremi's Small Art aangegaan. Je legt wat materiaal klaar en probeert om iets te creëren in 10 minuten tijd... oh boy ik kan je vertellen dat 10 minuten héél snel gaan ^.^
Benieuwd of het mij gelukt is om iets op papier te krijgen? Je kan me helemaal gek zien worden in de video ^.^

Total relief when those 10 minutes were over and I could go and breath again ^.^
Now who's in for the challenge?

Ik was zo blij toen de 10 minuten over waren en ik eindelijk terug kon ademen ^.^

Even to make cards that are for women - men - teenagers-...  So I just went ahead and showed how easy it is in the video ...

Getting organised...

 A new year in an incredible team and I'm really looking forward to it! So I took some time to get all my Visible Image stamps reorganised. Some are no longer sold so I decided to give the stamps that are still available a new storage. Especially since Visible Image have had a complete make over for their stamps some months ago.

Ik mag dit jaar opnieuw deel uitmaken van dit fantastische team en het is geen verrassing dat ik daar heel veel zin in heb. Dus heb ik even de tijd genomen om al mijn Visible Image stempels te reorganiseren. Sommige van mijn stempels zijn niet langer te verkrijgen maar de actuele stempels heb ik een nieuw plaatsje gegeven. Helemaal aangepast aan de nieuwe verpakking die Visible Image een tijdje geleden ontwierp voor hun stempels.

The stamps are stuck on the back and I also laminated a clear sheet to protect them.

De stempels hangen op de achterzijde en kregen ook een enkel gelamineerd stukje om ze te beschermen.

I also had two of the bigger old sets, I decided to reduce their storage to the same size of the other sets...

Ik had ook twee van de oudere maar grotere sets, en voor hun maakte ik kleinere verpakkingen die hetzelfde formaat hebben als de andere oudere sets...

I'm ready for a fun year filled with a lot of creativity...and a good cup of chocolate milk ^.^

Ik ben helemaal klaar voor een jaartje gevuld met heel veel creativiteit...en een heerlijke tas chocolademelk ^.^

I would like to wish you a good health, sounds so normal but it's so important...

I wish that 2017 will be a year filled with love, 

hugs and kisses, a lot of warmth and affection...

I wish you have fun. Muscles hurting because you laughed too much 

will give you a lot of strength afterwards...

I wish you have a lot of people around you 

so you don't have to face anything on your own,. 

I hope you can always find a shoulder to cry on,

a hand in yours when needed...

I wish you have time to build beautiful memories or 

time to stand still and remember old memories...

I wish you have time so you don't have to run but you're able 

to take it easy if you need to. But I wish you have time 

to give away to whoever needs you...

I wish all of you the strength to deal with problems 

and the courage to pull yourself together if it has been tough. 

Strength to push boundaries and achieve what you want...

Make 2017 a year you'll never forget...in the most positive way possible.

Ik wens jullie graag een goede gezondheid, klinkt cliché maar het is toch ongelofelijk belangrijk…

Ik wens dat alle dagen van 2017 gevuld mogen zijn met liefde, 

knuffels en kussen, heel veel warmte en genegenheid…

Ik wens jullie natuurlijk ook heel veel plezier. Spieren die pijn doen van 

het lachen, die geven je nadien ongelofelijk veel kracht…

Ik wens veel mensen rondom jullie om nergens alleen voor te staan, 

dat jullie steeds een schouder hebben om op uit te huilen, 

een hand in de jouwe als het moeilijk wordt…

Ik wens jullie veel tijd om mooie herinneringen te maken of 

om stil te kunnen staan bij herinneringen uit het voorbije jaar…

Ik wens jullie ook veel tijd zodat jullie niet haastig door moeten lopen 

en kunnen rusten als jullie dat nodig hebben. 

Maar ook tijd om zomaar even weg te schenken aan wie jou nodig heeft…

Ik wens jullie ook veel kracht om problemen aan te pakken 

en de moed om terug door te gaan als het moeilijk is geweest. 

om grenzen te verleggen en te bereiken wat je wil…

Maak van 2017 een jaar om niet te vergeten...in de meest positieve zin die mogelijk is.
